    hi ron,
    triton have a JV partner at Ancuabe which Ton's tenements surround its partners mine/processing plant.
    the partner is AMG/GK whom are European, and with this plant and setup, they already also have permit to mine and process graphite, so only a few steps for Ton and AMG/GK to sort out before potentially upgrading or expanding such, yet more info in due time should flow in, as there is no particular order as yet known so no point in guessing in the meantime.
