this debt refinancing deal could restructure GBG in a way that could put some life back into it... something similar to MBN for instance (Which I read AGO is also investigating)...

in terms of sp/MC, this is just way down the gurgler... so any new refinancing deal should bring it back to life...

IO shipment has been good and we are putting in some good numbers for sure....
