The purpose is also to reflect the deal that Stonepeak have on the table for them, AT the time, LNG had to do that deal and it was great at the time. It is just now that if we raised $800m at 4.35, accounting for dilution the value of Magnolia would go from $11.74 to $13.22 - hence my comment it would be fantastic if somehow the Stonepeak thing disappeared and we raised capital ourselves.
