If you go to the full article you'll realise the title is a little click-bait style. The article actually states that the money is expected to be used for early works on Maggy, and will also be used to advance gas supply and infrastructure for BH, plus secure a third project. Like the other reports we've seen, the focus still seems to be sold as funding early works on Maggy. So yes the title isn't incorrect, but it seems to be intended to draw attention at what doesn't seem to be the primary focus of the CR. Let's see what the company says though when it makes an announcement.

To me, it seems a little early to be doing a CR (especially of this size) for early works on Maggy. It would seem like that could wait. If however the focus were really on one of the two other items then I could see that maybe the timing needs to be now. As I said, we'll have to wait and see.
