    As an Aussy I have no doubt about your American structures for OTC traded shares being sound.

    I believe your nickers are twisted about nothing, IMO, very soon (1/2st 2016)you'll be able to buy into a master trust in America for a basically Aussy company, will you be happy to invest in that?
