pending an announcement by the Company regarding a capital raising to fund the roll out
of its AirPocket remittance product into Latin America.
The Company requests that the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of
normal trading on Thursday 21 May 2015 or when the announcement referred to above is
released to the market
