That's true birdmanz, but sometimes nepotism is a plus, better the devil you know ..........
Still the youngest generation hasn't yet made it its only the Old Man, the Son and the Wife, 3rd generation might not be up to it (that's what they say about any family business isn't it, Jamie Packer so far hasn't managed to lose the lot of the family fortune so maybe it isn't always true).
