This could be on the money also Marc111 as that really fits in with the whole timing of it.
Lets face it if TRR looks like a real going concern with all TNG onboard and a big fish then everyone will not only convert all options but new investors come to TNG to get huge bang for the buck in both TNG and TRR.
I think the De-Merger to TRR was a master stroke.
