Bloody hope not. If they're worth the money they pay themselves, they should be able to work out something a bit more creative, that doesn't dilute long termers do irrelevance. I am keeping my expectations low, hoping for a surprise. Recent experience has me feeling cynical and jaded about the lack of intellectual depth and judgement in Australian corporate governance; there are too many Australian companies being run by pups!
