Steini, I think you are being a bit hasty to judge. We have no reason to expect a CR below the current share price. The only possibilities that make sense (and are consistent with the presentation) are all good, for example:
- buying another company
- participating in another JV, or ramping up investment in the existing JV, with high returns expected
- signing another OEM partner that requires up-front investment but will pay itself back in spades...
I'm with Gotta in that we should wait and see.
PS. I would be very annoyed if it is a capital raising at a discount for working capital, but I can't see it being that
