If they encounter visible mineralisation or very encouraging results, they don't want to have to stop at set depths due to budget restraints. Naturally they are going to want to chase it further / deeper and extend the strike
No point running out of money mid way through something as prospective as Red Hill, especially if they like what they see and want to follow it up / drill additional holes
IMO this will be the last of 2c and below. The pre drilling promotion on this should spark up some solid interest, maybe the catalyst is confirmed drill dates
