This will in my opinion be an institutional investor emerging from the 'Broker meet Biotech' presentation ANN of 28th May 2015.
Unexpected 'Investor presentations' often precede a CR in Biotech and Mining companies that should have been an eye opener to existing shareholders.
Holmeseath01 good question mate. I probably don't know the answer to that one. A guess would be it is over 15% of issued capital where shareholder approval is required; which also means shareholders can exercise their option to block this CR or ask for a rights issue before the Insto placement.
