I am taking it as a positive as well. Potentially, with the settlement and any fallout from it now wrapped up, if they have anything positive on the UK business (ie. selling it / fixing it) then the SP could really fly because these things have pushed the SP down for quite some time now. The SP today is now up close to 10%, would be nice to close out on the daily high.
