    An interesting announcement. Most here, and indeed some media, think it is all about PRG acquiring SKE. It may be, but I note two obvious points:
    1. PRG is not in Trading Halt
    2. The request for the TH has language suggesting SKE are the acquirer.

    Time will tell, of course, but for now I am assuming nothing. Lets see if PRG goes into TH soon.
