Thinking it through a little more I think that you may be right and it has just turned up by coincidence - if they were pretty certain that it was going to come through this week then there would have been no need to get it underwritten or the placement with Patto's. I guess the most important thing though is that the certificate has (hopefully) been received and drilling can commence.
