Wow! Did anyone see this coming? Given the way this stock traded last couple sessions one would have thought it was in the bag. It puts the last couple of market sensitive announcements in perspective imo.

Say what you want about CDU but one thing they have excelled at over the last few years has been raising capital.

Based on this, one could question the structure of the share registry. More importantly, how the major shareholders see the direction of the company may no longer be in line with some of the board members imo.
