Settle down BK I got it the first time, didn't have to post twice. For someone who has nothing to lose you are mighty pissed off ???? Anyway I reckon it will be a mix of shares and cash and performance based. I have followed a company that has just done a similar exercise - Animoca Brands (AB1) backdoored into Blackfire Minerals (BFE), same set up, sure the issue priced hasn't moved but it will. The vendors don't get their performance shares if they don't meet certain milestones, it will be these milestones that will be the interesting factor.
