securities pending the release of an announcement regarding the company raising $6 million by way of placement in Australia and the United States to Professional and Sophisticated Investors and the signing of a Joint Venture agreement in India.
The Company is aware that there are now several parties who have knowledge both the
placement and the agreements pertaining to India The Company requests the securities remain in pre - open until the earlier of an announcement in relation to the
placement and agreement or the commencement of trade on Monday the 20th July.
