In my opinion the statement from Proactive containing using the words "interesting news on the horizon" could be misleading and can cause people to be doubtful about the announcement.

Inserting the word "interesting", i think is not responsible.  I feel it alludes to they being in the know of something we don't.  Proactive is not privvy to the announcement before any of the rest of us.  They haven't seen it, or read it.

I would have preferred they used a term that was responsible, neutral and factual such as a simple "news on the horizon".
