Hi jjace. Your claims of information being accurate based on your broker or insto giving you information coupled with not knowing whether there are any other players involved is wreckless. I have reliable scorces as well that have cost me bucket loads. The last reliable advice i was given cost me 6 figures.
Perhaps your contact could also shine some light on why the business is not cash flow positive as suggested they would be in their previous reports and why the need for a CR. Just saying - it never works out the way it was intended. No malice intended.
Sorry to play the devils advocate but ive seen on too many occasions brokers and instos bend it to suit their own agendas. Im more than happy to eat humble pie in the event you are spot on. This seems to be a stock with potential. Lets see how it plays out. Sideline for me for now.
