Well no leaky ship accusations can be levelled at PLS and have to be honest I didnt really see this one coming.
The completed SPP is just outside the 12 months so we have the 15% available?
If it is a placement to Nagrom, and they could be struggling financially because of the delays in TT getting up, my best case scenario from the outcome of the negotiations may include some or all of the below , and just for the fun of it:
- Short term fix, some cash, say $1mill,
- 20,000,000 shares issued at .12 cover their % of TT start up - escrowed for 6 months
- plus a 5% share in the spoils from TT (instead of the current partnership arrangement of 50%. ) ... and maybe tantalum .e.g from Strelley???
Win win for both parties as Nagrom have some healthy exposure to Pilg for being partner to date.
All speculation of course.
