$10.50 is a dream wish unless:
1. There is an earth quack in Kazakhstan and wipe off half of their U mines. We can expect the U price jump to USD $180-220 Or
2. the bush fires in north Saskatchewan become out control and burn down McArthur River and Cigar Lake at the same time, we will seen U price up to $180.
To me, the Trading halt is more like a CR at 12.5c to 15c according to the past two capital raising experiences. Or a Joint venture on one of the currently projects. (most likely the Michelin Project.)
