Ann: Trading Halt, page-18

I'm suspicious that it's something reasonaly good because if it was just another general purchase of land around the area I would have thought we would get just an announcement. Surely a trading halt isn't warranted. Even if it took a day or so of discussions. Do any of us think the sp would be manipulated by knowing the potential news? I don't.

Is the news big enough that there could be concerns over price manipulation and getting in before a rise.

I don't know but a TH for just another bit of land seems a bit over the top.
