Now you're trying to tell me that they will find enough SI's to buy $6m worth of shares at 10c ? So where have they been for the last 3 months ? Oh thats right they'll rather pay 10c.
And these SI's would rather pay an 80% premium (10c rather than 5.7) so that they won't dilute the potential gains for future SI'S. How very nice of them. Btw the SI's wouldn't be diluting their own holding, it would actually boost their share of future earnings.
