5.7 is fine is they offer it to all holders, but if only to the 'sophisticated' then I would be kicking and screaming, and for the ones arguing that it can't be that low 'cause its a placement as opposed to an entitlements raising then you clearly haven't been around these type stocks enough, placements to the sophisticated are always provided with a discount 'sweetener' and given the low volume of trading in this stock the discount will need to be significant to allow for stag profits to still happen.

if you were buying NWZ while they were chewing through cash and price dropping then you only have one person to blame. 'if' they can raise enough, and when the post raising stag profit volumes dry up, the cash burn starts to trend in opposite direction - then it's time to look at NWZ.
