First thing - $5m = definitely not enough. Will raise again, however this time might be a slight chance that they will actually be able to raise higher!!
Secondly, expect an avalanche of shares to come on sale after TH is lifted as going by the pump to 7.5 from 6 and now a raise below 6, this is very likely being provided as an opportunity for foster's clients to exit without being too scathed.
It's up to each individual retailer to choose what to now, but at least there does feel like a decision to be made as opposed to before where it was clear cut stay away.
