Ive had that opinion about this company since the last CR. They raised cash, SP was not sold down, in fact was a lot of buying. 1 or 2 trading days later they go into TH and announce deal with Getty, and ever since has been sold into.
Perhaps a similar situation here. Raise cash, announce deal, sell into news.
