They didn't even try to raise it through everyday retail investors, they could have raised enough money at 6.5 cents, the best thing shareholders can do is reject the Options to send a signal to management that they are D%#heads and that they need to stop ripping off everyday investors!
I believe in the company's strategy but not their dilution strategy... I have contacted them complaining along these lines...
