Occasionally I don't follow my own rules and so far that hasn't worked out very well for me. However also occasionally you get a company like this that will either go spectacularly broke or surprise massively on the upside, As for NWZ there is no precedent, the potential is there, management is pretty green and clumsy at times, the cash burn is of much concern, the tech may not work, lots can go wrong BUT if it goes right this could be a $ 500m company within 2 years. So I am not following my rules on this one and I will cop the loss in 2 years time if I am wrong or buy a Porsche if it goes right.
