I have no experience in shorting of trading CFDs. A month or so ago I wanted to ramp up my exposure on KNL and rang around a few CFD providers and they all pretty much gave me the same response regarding liquidity etc.
If anyone knows of a CFD provider that does have KNL as an option I would be interested to know.
