IVX need this capital, to maintain their independence in partnering discussions.
A strong capital position will allow a more positive negotiation for Invion, if we're not desperate for the money to survive, potential partners or Buyers will have to pay a reasonable amount (rather than fire sale pricing for distressed stocks).
Don't look forward to the dilution, but it's a necessity, still positive here.
