MK where have you been. SMS has been involved for years in Tivan. A global metallurgical business. They were brought in at the end to ensure all went to plan to get the most out of the resource hence them recommending Titanium and Pig Iron Plants as upgrades. Yes pushed Capex up by 200Mil+ but they know this will turn into billions of dollars over life of current mine not to mention the stuff that is still in the ground.
They know Tivan / They helped build and expand Tivan and I think they want to fund it. PB seems to think so and so do I.
Its not build it and they will come in this scenario...It's THEY WILL COME AND BUILD IT AFTER PAYING FOR IT.
