The securities of TNG Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 7 September 2015 or when the announcement is released to the market.

If the announcement is made before Monday, trading resumes after the announcement is made.
If no announcement is made until Monday, we stay in TH till then.
If no announcement by commencement of trade on Monday, it will go into suspension until it is sorted.
