Agree with you there Novac. You don't have to go far to find Research reports as close as May 2015 from Stock Analysis (Peter Strachan - available on search) which value the company at above $1, based on a discounted rate for the assets that have been sold. I am also wondering if a US company can get any tax advantage from buying all shares in this company, and not paying any tax in the US. It will depend on the US tax rules.
