.... billion dollar partner ....
... for exchange on stake in tenement ...
... with the ability and resources to explore and discover fully funded the Plummeridge project ...
.. an unencumbered partnership will evolve because SEG has diligently buying up and now owns 100 % of the current stake ...
.. it will be better to be part of the potential major discovery than to run short of funds ...
... these things take time to make a Nova like find.. and require resources outside of the current scope of SEG..
... and with tomorrows' announcement ... this will ensure that SEG will not have to go back to the market to raise more capital as the major partner will be more than adequately capitalised and resourced ....
.... we await the release of news tomorrow morning ...
