    I agree with JID that EVR are more likely to be a predator rather than the target, mainly because they would not agree to a takeover without a large premium, probably a share price of $1.40 or even higher, and I do not know if there is anyone around interested. I have no idea which TSX company would be the bidder.

    Another possibility I can see is a a merger between EVR and a well cashed up, debt free, company that would enable EVR to clear its debt and proceed with the Hounde project. If that is what they are thinking about then I hope the shareholder dilution does not bite us in the rear.

    loki (those Denver Gold conferences lead to a lot of late night discussions over whisky were weakened minds can agree to some silly proposals, I suppose).
