    Here is the announcement released on the TSX about the merger - I have not read it in full - quite a lot to consider.  Same mob that was involved in the Evolution merger this year.

    Hounde to be given the go ahead next year I think, which I thought would be a key consideration in the CEO's thinking.

    A lot more share dilution - I wonder how the TSX market will react tonight?  Will be interesting to see.
