It's a ringing endorsement of a junior if the directors are buying / accumulating. This is Ross' baby so I expect him to have a lot. The fact that the others have a relatively small or NO position speaks volumes.

Everybody is in the market to make money...so, if, as a director, you saw the opportunity and were confident of your prospects wouldn't you be buying? I'm not seeing any buying on market with their own coin.

You can downplay its importance, but for junior explorers it's a key factor buyers are looking at - skin in the game. It's easy to lose other people's money!
