NRW's public disclosure to date is thin regarding details of the Samsung rail dispute, citing commercial in confidence reasons. There is however, no shortage of future boosting details regarding order pipeline. Questions remain. Why was Samsung given any "back charges" by the claim process? Why did quantities vary? Why were contracts signed without being fully aware of liabilities?
