What? Hopefully offer to existing holders at a discount with option to buy extra, why would you want to pay a premium? If it's to sophisticated or Insto's then yes at a premium. It will be interesting to see the details. Is this for the 10% equity, is that equity required to finalise and secure finance? So many questions right now.
