FAR Ltd (ASX: FAR) requests a trading halt in its securities effective immediately pending an announcement by FAR Ltd in relation to a proposed equity raising. In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, FAR advises that it: (a) is seeking the trading halt pending an announcement in relation to a proposed equity raising; (b) wishes the trading halt to last until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Monday, 26 October 2015 or the time when the announcement is released; and (c) is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
