Totally agree that Hot Copper is an amazing place where people are so generous with their time. Its not fair to pick individuals out but the likes of @Lefevre, @Red bar, @pintohoo, have taught me so much and the research they do is so far beyond what i am currently able to do. I really respect you guys and it blows me away that you guys are so generous. Kudos to you all....

As for Monday morning, my best case scenario is DoD, and that the SP gets sold into. Then i get even more validation (not that i need much more) plus a final chance to get my full quota. Its already nearly 10% of my portfolio which seemed like a lot for a spec, but i'm not really seeing AJX as a spec any longer, especially if monday is what we think it is. I'd love to get another parcel to up it a few more percent. If not, and it just goes BOOM, then i wont be complaining either.
