and another thing. correct me please, the DRP is an option for the shareholder,where does the 'shortfall' come in ? I didnt realise the coy designated a certain amount to be raised in a DRP... that is what a SPP is for.....here they indicate how much they hope to raise and sometimes get it underwritten by a broker and if the SPP is not completely taken up by S/H its THEN offered to instos and the like....
