Given the CR's over the last couple of years and how poorly they were handled, (new market, La Jolla) I would expect management would have to offer a sweetener to get instos to participate. perhaps positive news flow in the short term? options?
We have been at these levels since July 2011! The promise of growth or game changing contracts have always been just around the corner.
