Well it's one subject we can at least stop speculating on. I did think they'd wait until another kick to the share price brought on possibly by more automotive confirmation, however I'm no CFO and the time must be right. Still a lower share price for a CR will mean more shares on issue for the capital they require, so yes more dilution. Now they have the extra capital they require however and with increasing production requirements and new business up ahead,hopefully this will create a pathway to self sustainability and set the tone for a cash flow positive future. They are after all a growing manufacturing company, so CR's are critically important prior to creating that free cash flow. Will be interesting to see how much they're after
