does not mean all bad as if done right the share will keep rising and options be in play too look at GMM did right issue at 5cent share price was 9.5 cent and now is trading at 19 cent
better to have enough cash then be short on it as these deals might be on 60 to 90 days accounts
there no issues here as isx is huge but to get it all running well they need cash
