Not sure I agree with the negativity here (and the typically-tedious "I told you so"s). They need cash. They must have a decent reason for thinking that raising now makes sense - presumably it's the theme in the latest presso - ie to drive home the competitive advantage which they currently enjoy. It is hard to fault them given the immense profits which some of have enjoyed on this. So why not accept that maybe - just maybe - they know what they're doing?!
I have a lot of this. Am thrilled about it. And will take up as much as I possibly can. The story is compelling and the market opportunity is almost limitless. Far more so than 1-Page......
