As garrysc said take a chill pill, it's just time as I have said. This service is an infant & a industry first, regulators all over the world will follow the EU governments but also businesses who are not regulated will use the product because security is a must. This is not a question of IF but just TIME the WHEN is irrelevant as they are just signatures.
