Despite all the hype and cheering, I would not be surprised if this actually goes down on the announcement.
Reasons: news was expected, lots of people would have bought over the past few weeks with sole intention of selling on this news.
In addition, there is still no actual contracts or any mention of revenue. This is a company with a $250 market cap and no revenue at all.
Don't be surprised if it does actually go down after the initial open with a large sell-off.
Happens all the time on lots of stocks.
