well what was the point/plan in the last CR?. Guess things have changed and I can only assume that either everything taking longer than anticipated and therefore some anxious moments afoot or that all systems set to go and they need to come up with their share ASAP to get things moving quite quickly.
unfortunately my take is of the pessimistic view but you can all take whatever view you want and IMO in a few days we will not be any "wiser" with current direction - but obviously hoping for the best.
